There's something about the pic reliant has as his avatar that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but I think I've got it now.

I don't know what that stripe on his shoulder is, but it looks sort of like a suspender. That combined with the syle of shirt and hair kinda gives the impression of a Huckleberry Finn type look.
