Space fireball lights up night sky in Wisconsin

I love how they felt the need to highlight it for the second pass, as if anyone might not be able to see it. :roll:

WOW...


Although, he didn't say how impact resistant the ceramic would be when it was superheated.

So not only does it have to withstand 12,000 F, but it has to withstand clashing. Although perhaps the plasma is dense enough to cushion the impact?
