I'd love to work a night shift. Less people, bit more autonomy, more pay (though probably not in my job :) )

I'm very much a night owl.

We had a crazy week...
For starters, we had a big fire here in Paradise, CA. It's being called the Humboldt Fire, and it consumed 23,344 acres of land, destroyed several homes, damaged several more. Because of our location, we were called with reverse 911 and told to evacuate, so we packed up some clothes, food, photo albums, and important documents and went to Red Bluff, about an hour and a half drive north, to my sister in law's house for a few days. Fortunately, our house was spared, but the fire came within a mile and a half of our house, according to the maps I've seen. You can read about the fire, view submitted photos, and more here: http://www.knvn.com/news/local/story.as ... 0cd3b3a0d6

My friend works the nightshift as a security guard at a £1 million crane. He goes there with a sleeping bag and sleeps the entire night, then comes home in the morning. Some days he doesn't even turn up - and still gets paid

Cushy job, but you know he's gonna wake up one morning and the crane will be gone :)

A few seconds to come round, another few seconds to figure out that something is a miss, a few more to figure out what it is, and then "DOH!!"

For shits and giggles you should sneak on site and leave a note on his bag saying "gotcha!"

My wife is having a get together tonight with friends from HS and I am going along (having nothing better to do). If some of them are hot than she can expect lots of ass shots while their bowling, if not than I shall amuse my self with sarcasm.

And yes, I have the go ahead to take whatever pics I want.

Hard to say that with the hair in front. Mostly it looks like you've got some heavy eyeliner going on.

For the first time in my life I heard a woman under 60 say "oh sugar" instead of "oh shit" in the line at the grocery store. I don't think she enjoyed my howling laughter at it.
