Two attemted murders,
Who?

If you're refering to the child, saying that I attempted to murder her is a bit iffy. I ordered her to be returned to the officials on the planet. I could have ordered you to just put it back with the corpse of her mother, but instead ordered her taken to people who may have been able to care for her without hindering the mission.

If you're refering to yourself, you attacked me first.
Yes, but you attacked with lethal force(the runabout) which was not necessary for self-defence.
risking the mission and the lives of his crewmates on multiple occasions
Such as when?
using the ship to attack me, which attracted the local defence forces. As well, as taking the child to the officials which would be traced back to a Starfleet officer, although to be fair he didn't know about that one.
, and extortion.
Again, when was this?
When you threatend Tally in order to get the child.
In fact, he put the mission more at risk then I did.
Says the person who witheld critical info from the rest of the team, told people that we were really Starfleet officers, defied multiple orders, and eventualy attacked the CO of the mission?

Also, as Mikey pointed out, I was leading this mission. When I say jump, you don't say "give me a moment", you say "how high?".
Well, I forgot about that info, I get the mission accomplished, trusted the guy, couldn't follow those orders due to genetics, although I will give you the last one, but he could of felt that was negated by the fact that I saved him, and got Mikey and his group out of a dangerous situation.

And you didn't do that much other then try to get rid of the baby.

Well, you didn't have time to be as insubordinate as Blackstar. Besides, I couldn't really be as forgiving to Blackstar while staying in character; we've known each other longer and had developed more of a relationship. Because of that, there's a lot more perceived betrayal on hir part than on yours.

My next post will rpobably include the more personal side of my feelings as to what occurred with hir on the mission.

PS-
got Mikey and his group out of a dangerous situation.
I beg your pardon? You put us in that situation, by causing all the air raid sirens to go off and making the Tholians scramble a fighter sortie. Monroe and I got oursleves out, thank you very much.

Considering you were, at the time, hell-bent on killing me, attempting to stop you with the runabout's weapons is justified. You also had your own ship, which meant you could be a threat to us if we attempted to leave the planet and you intercepted us. Again, I was neutralising a threat to the mission.
using the ship to attack me, which attracted the local defence forces.
True, but there were no other alternatives. I could not leave the shuttle at the time, and you didn't seem like you'd just go "Oh, well" and walk away.
Also, I think it was the Romulan ship decloaking and blowing up a ship that the authorities already knew was there (remember, I was supposed to have got it when I picked up the 'slaves') that caused them to scramble the fighters.
As well, as taking the child to the officials which would be traced back to a Starfleet officer, although to be fair he didn't know about that one.
Actualy, that would have been your fault. I had already given strict instructions to keep radio silence with Starfleet and then you went and violated that, putting the mission at risk. If it had been traced back to a Starfleet officer, that would have been your own fault, not mine.
When you threatend Tally in order to get the child.
Technicaly, I ordered her to hand over the child. She refuesed and I pointed my weapon at her, and repeated my order, laying out the consequences of insubordination. Again, well within my authority to do.
Well, I forgot about that info,
"I forgot" ain't gonna hold up in a court martial. :P
trusted the guy,
Again, that doesn't matter. The fact remains that we were undercover, then you told people who we really were. Whether or not you thought him trustworthy is irrelevant; you disobeyed orders and put the team at risk.
couldn't follow those orders due to genetics,
Similar to my previous points, "I don't like them" doesn't get you out of a direct order.
although I will give you the last one, but he could of felt that was negated by the fact that I saved him, and got Mikey and his group out of a dangerous situation.
You're far too trusting for your own good. :P
And you didn't do that much other then try to get rid of the baby.
I tried to keep the mission running smoothly.
As for not doing anything personaly, it's called 'delegation of responsibilites'.

Hmm, in the main thread, Mikey made a very good point about Talora's actions. Maybe the Commander will let her actions slide simply so he can pin more blame on Blackstar...

Yep, it sure is. Just ask Teaos, he'll tell you all about it. :P
Blackstar wrote:We'll see about that.
We will? Unless Talora decides to declare her own guilt, that's how it's likely to go.

So, we have a frozen guy, another guy found adrift in a shuttle, and now a baby feline. Gets busy up there.

Good point. I didn't do anything to them and Blacky ordered them to run like scissy girls.
