I think it was in Thorins post about 3 or 4 posts ago.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

When people will read this fanfic, I have thought up that people could die in between my fleetwide communiqué about the Pegasus and the conversation between mcDuff and W'Trisk.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Well, I lost my post thanks to my computer going down again, so I'll write up another tonight.

If I can calm down. Uzume is very cool, but sometimes she's so irresponsible and disrespectful it makes me want to vomit. :bangwall:

Have you thought about maybe going to an abacus? You really have sh*t luck with PC's lately.

I don't know the particulars, but keep reminding yourself that it's just her nature, and not specifically directed at you.

Mikey -

On Uzume - she up and disappeared last night; her boyfriend called me, worried sick because he had no idea where she was. She called him this morning - she went out looking for work and ran into one of her few chick friends, had a bit to drink (she rarely drinks), and apparently forgot how to operate a telephone until this morning. :madashell:

Yeah, that sounds incredibly irritating, but try not to lose your whole day over it.

Good advice. Unfortunately, I stay angry once I'm pushed to that point. Maybe I'll go hit something; get it out of my system.

My advice - invest in a speed bag or heavy bag (if you can hang one in your apt.) More resistant to injury than a pet, and less prone to call the cops than a random guy on the street.

I said something, not someone. And I don't feel like losing any fingers today, so the pets are out of the question. My dishwasher is already trashed; maybe I'll give it a few licks, you know, to keep it in line.

I go to sleep, and when I wake up the discussion has turned to the abuse of various household objects.
Okay.....

On that note, I only flat-palmed a few cabinets. Not as satisfying as seeing something break to pieces, but much less costly.

Just out of curiousity, what the hell do we do with Jem'Hadar prisioners? It's not like they'll crack under interrogation. Hey, can a Vulcan mind-meld with a Jem'Hadar???????? I have no idea. I ask because we have Torak on board the Paladin. I created him with unusually strong telepathic powers for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT REASON, but, if anyone can drag information out of a Jem'Hadar's head, he would be the one to do it. He may not be gentle but we wouldn't want to make the Jemmies feel slighted, would we?

BTW...........Teaos, will we want to take Paladin into the Nebula to go after that station??? Might be interesting to open up her "big guns" if we need to. Of course, I'm assuming first we'll have to try and "talk" to them.

Tsu, I SOOOOOOO know what that particular frustration feels like. The fact that you haven't blew a gasket speaks well for you.
