Harry got to command the Nightengale, have sex with an alien, get infected by 8472, and captured by a bunch of Borg children.

Harry was also offered intercourse by Seven of Nine.

Harry was at least not quite as annoying as Neelix. And honestly, as nice as Troi's bum was, all that psycho-babble nonsense, not to mention always sticking her nose in other people's business (and I don't care that it was technically her "job") made her my choice for the 2nd most irritating (if not most useless) character on TNG.

Of course the MOST irritating was Wesley. I wish the Traveller had taken him away in season 1. Or killed him. Either way.

I concur. Her bum wasn't quite nice enough to overcome all that.

Seconded. Someone tell her to shut up with the fracking obvious comments.

That's what I do in real life to help people out though. It's a hobby i guess, I mean the psycho-babble, sticking nose in peoples business part

True, Nobody ever figures out I'm nosy, they just think I'm really cute, smart, and sensitive.

Kes was never one of my favorite characters either. She seemed like Voyager's wanna be Wesley.

She did make rather a hot possessed alien Warlord though.

I think that change should have been permanent, she'd have made a pretty good nemesis for the crew.

I can sit here and bitch about Voyager all day long. But the truth is I'd be happy to have new eps of even that show to watch. It's a dry season on the tube for Trek fans and it really does svck.

But I do agree that Kes was one of the more irritating characters. If I try really really hard, I'm sure I can think of one character that I liked (or at least didn't abjectly hate.. . Tuvok was pretty good). But I don't feel like trying that hard.

And yet I've watched every episode more then once. Even Threshold.

I've watched threshold a couple times to laugh at stupidity, then my brain began hurting :bangwall:
