Well, it was pretty much inevitable that it was going to happen. The Commander isn't going to drop the issue simply because Blackstar saved his life. He simply waited until he wasn't relying on Blackstar to live anymore to throw the book at hir.

The only way shi can really get out of this, is if the Captain pardons hir (not gonna happen. The Captain may be more easy going than the Commander, but given the crap that went on, Blackstar's screwed), or hir AI decides to blast it's way out of the shuttlebay, probably causing some fatalities.

As if Sally is going to be bothered about killing a couple of Ensign Insignificants....we wouldn't be worried about doing it!

You know, this probably won't be Rochey's smartest order. Probably ranks right up there with his initial order to get rid of the child and the goose-chase orders. He could've at least let a few charges go considering I just saved his butt.

Unfortunately, Tholians don't technically have a heart or a sense of honour. He doesn't care you saved him...Self righteous B*****d.

Yeah, Reliant's pretty much right on that. He was more than willing to use you to get back to the ship, but now that he's back he doesn't need you anymore so he's free to throw you in the brig for the stuff that happened earlier.
That, and he would have been really pissed off at Blackstar and Talora by now. One tried to kill him, and the other shot him out of the air.

For the record, I have no way of Identifying if it was you...I detected a Tholian life sign. At least i can say that in a Tribunal.

Well Rochey isn't exactly innocent. Two attemted murders, risking the mission and the lives of his crewmates on multiple occasions, and extortion. In fact, he put the mission more at risk then I did. He really didn't do much that didn't put the mission in danger.

"He said, she said" isn't really going to stand up here. Rochey was the CO of the mission, whether you like it or not. You may have disagreed with his orders, but they were orders - in essence, unless his orders were specifically contra-indicated by the mission, then they were the mission.
I will, however, speak up at least on behalf of Retaal. I couldn't excuse Munro's acts as an error in judgement without doing the same for hers.

I kinda feel bad for being given a little bit more of an opportunity than Blackstar. Note to self: Dammit man you become to Emotionally attached!

Well Rochey isn't exactly innocent.
True, but:
A) He has two other officers (Mikey and Munro) to back him up. You have a Romulan (who's only major act in the mission was to destroy the away team's ride off the planet) who missed most of what happened.
and
B) When it comes down to it, who's going to be believed if he denies it? A disgraced Lieutenant who tried to kill the person shi's testifying against, or hir superior officer and XO of the
Daystrom?
Two attemted murders,
Who?
If you're refering to the child, saying that I attempted to murder her is a bit iffy. I ordered her to be returned to the officials on the planet. I
could have ordered you to just put it back with the corpse of her mother, but instead ordered her taken to people who may have been able to care for her without hindering the mission.
If you're refering to yourself, you attacked me first.
risking the mission and the lives of his crewmates on multiple occasions
Such as when?
, and extortion.
Again, when was this?
In fact, he put the mission more at risk then I did.
Says the person who witheld critical info from the rest of the team, told people that we were really Starfleet officers, defied multiple orders, and eventualy attacked the CO of the mission?
Also, as Mikey pointed out, I was leading this mission. When I say jump, you don't say "give me a moment", you say "how high?".
