Shields have also been shown to be nullified by the anomaly of the week, and can be brought down or rendered irrelevant through various means.
With armour, there's only one way to defeat it: blast it apart.

The only thing that could completely ignore armor in front of it would be something using the dubious 'Trek-nology of being "out-of-phase," possibly the aforementioned transphasic torpedoes.

Or a subspace whatchamacallit. Armor wouldn't have done so well in the Nexus either.

Exactly. The vast majority of anomalies that bypass the hull and any armour also seem to have the ability to pass through shields.

I think I'd take a Battlestar, from the Galactica unit run not the later wireless, updated run, and go off doing whatever it is battlestars do.
