I'd say anything more than a platoon or two would be realistic, but highly skilled MACO-style Special Ops troops. Don't forget the Intrepid class isn't THAT big a ship, but if we strip out all of her science facilities and cargo bays, she make a good insertion ship.

I have some cherokee in me, but it's like 1/32, so not very strong.
