Well, he WAS getting his jollys in other ways I suppose.
Uzume.....luckly for me, my liver survived reasonably unscathed. But they are giving me Vicoden for pain, which I've got to be VERY, VERY, careful with. And unfortunately, I've got to let all my friends do my drinking for me. Lucky for me, around here at least, I can always find a few volunteers
Now, if they'd just write me a perscription for that cute receptionist at the doctors office, I'm sure I'd feel alot better

In response to the paper apathy a few pages back. Is it bad that I actually want some sort of essay assignment? I have two creative-multimedia projects for the College of Ed, but for my Cultural Geography class or my International Relations class I want a research assignment dammit! None of this technology-driven computer presentation crap, let me write a damn paper!
In other news, our band director is taking suggestions for 2010 show music. I dutifully suggested the new "Star Trek" movie.

Well, check this shit out. At the end of the day, the boss calls us all one by one into his office to tell us that we are taking a pay cut. They are cutting our incentives nearly in half. That will mean that we are working twice as hard for less pay. I'm barely holding it together with child support and all her court fees as it is. This is going to cost me around 25% of my monthly pay.
I may have to get a second job now.

Okay, Mark, thats crap. Damned economic climate -waves fist in manic anger-
I started writing up all my diploma coursework yesterday. Its a lot harder than i expected because I have to log and mark down every change or decision i make on a large document, which must have multiple copies. I also have to save a copy of my work at each stage of its development. Well, I dont HAVE to, but were are marked up for making development and progression easier to see in our work. Since I want to get as high a mark as possible, I am going to save a copy of everything I do. It's a long process, and its tiring but if it gives me a good score in the end i'm happy.

My dad is working through that too, except without having to pay child support or court fees, very sorry to hear, hopefully things turn up.
Sonic, I feel the same about some of my classes, I can't wait to do my Psych essay's, they will be fun, the rest I hate though...

Mark - I smell what you're cooking, except my pay is strictly performance-based... and if less people are buying, then...
Also, be careful with the Vicodin. I'm sure I don't have to tell you, but people with our... er, tendencies can find it amazingly easy to sub Vicodin for whatever it was we were using.

That sucks Mark.
I had an interesting night, one of my friends whose parent's have seperated called my at like 10 looking for a place to stay, apparently his dad showed up at the house while he was at band and his mom called the cops and took off somewhere. So he came over here and spent the night.

Ouch, I know some people that I would have to offer that to if their parents were together, some can get very violent, which is very bad. And I would gladly offer my house to them, however I know a lot of people that would have just shrugged it off and told him to go away. So I give you props for being a decent guy as far as most guys go nowadays, sadly, it's the minority that are...

I just completed a deal with my parents. They spotted an package being sold at Jessops for a SLR camera, a Sony Alpha A330 with its standard 18-55 lens and a Tamron 70-300 telephoto lens, as well as a few other bits and bobs, bag and lens cleaner for £600. Because of my increasingly good school results, and my ssteadily improving work ethic and ability with regards to the Diploma, they did a deal where i foot £300 of it out of my £2700 savings and they pay the other half. I am incredibly chuffed with that
