I think it would be interesting....of course thousands of Romulans pouring in as refugees the free expansion of planets and population, and the reduction of the RSE to a little corner of the map have it's benefits too.

Hey, if you want a war then just pop into the IC thread and say something. The KE would be happy to grant you such a request.

Nah. We still need to resign the treaties. Then we can declare war and reunsign them. Gotta be consistent.

Agreed, consistency isn't needed. Since I declared war last time, you declare war this time. We'll fight until one of us is wiped out (our military that is)
