It's a saying used to describe a woman with an attractive figure, but not so much the visage: "She had a great body, butter face..."

I was joking - your particular syntax made it seem like you were saying that it's a good thing you don't judge Tim on his looks. Just a little kidding.

oh right, that wasnt what i meant.

I meant that he has a rather cute figure and face, while still retaining a fantastic personality.
