Star Trek XII Villains
Re: Star Trek XII Villains
ALright I'm probably too late the the party here with page 5.
But I'm telling you, the next start trek should be set in the current time (or alternate timeline if you must). And the problem is with Captain Kirks illigitimate children.
There are tons of ways that could play out. From your movie classic of them wanting vengance and grabbing a ship. Or something a little different like the kid joined the Federation and will stop at nothing to be captain and show up his dad. Or maybe there are a couple of them who have become captains for different races and now they're facing off. With Kirks on all sides the audience wouldn't be able to tell who is supposed to win.

Re: Star Trek XII Villains
As most of those women are aliens, how do we know they COULD bear Kirks child?
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

You don't know for sure with all of them (actually I think one of those is a robot). But the one thing the human race seems to be good at in Trek is crossbreeding.Mark wrote:As most of those women are aliens, how do we know they COULD bear Kirks child?
I think we've had human/vulcans, I think a human/klingon, human/betazoid
Heck. Trip got knocked up by a species that reproduced in an entirely different manner.
Also, Chuck Norris COULD impregnante a robot.

I think K'Ehlyr said that her parents needed to use genetic engineering.

Trata las situaciones estresantes como lo haría 1 perro: si no puedes comértelo o jugar con ello, méate encima y lárgate!!!
Handle stressful situations as a dog would: if you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and get out of there!!!

I think he meant B'Elanna Torres from Voyager. Human-Klingon hybrid. If that's not who he's talking about, then I have no idea.

Correct. I had finished a double night shift that day, so typing errors may have been common in that timeIntrepidPrincess wrote:I think he meant B'Elanna Torres from Voyager. Human-Klingon hybrid. If that's not who he's talking about, then I have no idea.

The TNG episode where we discover that the reason for all the forehead aliens is that most humanoid life in the galaxy is the result of a race of progenitors hosing their space seed across the galaxy. It was meant to explain how many of the "aliens" look very human, can interbreed, all are roughly the same tech level, and have their reproductive organs in the same place.

That's the one. Nothing like drawing attention to the glaringly stupid problem with an even more idiotic answer.
