I don't remember him pulling a replicator system. What ep was that?

I think it was in Nemesis, possibly one of the deleted scenes. Geordi was grumbling about how they'd previously had to put the original system back in because the new one couldn't make a decent cuppa.

Maybe they had to engage the warp drive, but couldn't because the replicator was busy making tea.

Hey, right off hand, it's the best explination I can think of. If Picard is pickey enough to have the ships replicator system replaced, why not pull the viewscreen?
