Well, you
could just hand over the kid, and avoid the unpleasantness of being shot. But I doubt you will.
I think it's safe to say that you and Blackstar are going to get along well, though.

At least i have a friend for when someone finds me lying on the floor somewhere. And for when i recieve a Court Marshall for threatening you with a weapon...

Yeah, threatening me with a weapon is probably
not going to work favourably for you. You're outnumbered 3 to 1! The most you can do is get yourself shot.
Whereas, if you simply hand over the child and act co-operative, you can call Blackstar and warn hir of what's happening when we leave the shuttle and Ensign Expendable A and Ensign Expendable B go to drop off the child.
I left a few ways out of it for you both, if you look carefuly. See? I'm not totaly evil.

Dammit, why does he have to be right!
You green blooded inhuman...(Unfortunately cant complete sentence because Reliant has just killed numerous futile extras and Destroyed the Mutara nebula)

Because I am? 8)
Of course, you're character may choose not to take that option. Even if you get shot, Blackstar will come back eventualy when shi realises shi's been tricked, and shi can go looking for the kid. It'll take longer, but shi could still get her back in the end and getting shot defending hir kid makes you sound very heroic. Then Ensigns Expendable better start running, cause shi's gonna be pissed at them. And me.
Especialy me. But there's not much shi can do about me, I'm still hir superior officer, whereas the two unlucky ensigns are below hir.
Even so, I hope Mikey and Monroe get back soon, I don't really want to be facing an angry Chakat on my own, I need my ruthless cronies.
You green blooded inhuman...
Do Tholians even have blood? Maybe 'heartless' would be a better adjective?

Hmmm. Shi may not be alone...she has Grall and her criminal friends. And me...I am not as benign is you may believe. I am a Romulan and as such I have secrets Everywhere...

True, and hir own shuttle. Though would hir ascosiates be willing to open fire on Federation officers, putting themselves at risk for no gain and for no reason that matters to them? Remember; they're mercenaries. They're unlikely to care if Blackstar's commanding officer is a bastard. I think the only backup shi's getting is from your unconscious body...
And me...I am not as benign is you may believe. I am a Romulan and as such I have secrets Everywhere...
True, but trying anything would simply lead to you getting shot by one of us three. Hell, I'm sure opening fire on me would more than authorise me to shoot you dead, though I wont.

Just thought I would like to tell you that i won't shoot you. Although i have the urge to shoot a Useless expendable Pillock.

That's nice to know.
Though shooting either of the Expendable Ensigns would probably result in me shooting you. Hmm, maybe when you wake up you can help Blackstar take hir likely revenge against the two redshirts?

Considering how annoyed my character will be, perhaps she may even indulge in something Romulans very rarely do. Close Combat..

Against two armed guards and a guy who is both larger than you and made of stone? Good luck!

I have an advantage in fighting you. My character took a course in species specific medicine. Tholian was one of the two courses that i took. I know your bodily weaknesses. I know that if i can somehow disable your Environment suit you will die of temperature Exposure. And as for the Redshirts...Blackstar will trample them and i will inject them with some lethal syrem. There we go. Problem, more or less, solved.

True, but I also know your weakness: you go down very easily to a phaser shot.
There, and I don't even have to physicaly touch you.
I know that if i can somehow disable your Environment suit you will die of temperature Exposure.
True, but:
A) It's probably made of very thick material.
B) We have a shuttle, whose enviroment could probably be changed if necessary.
C) You still have to take on a creature who is physicaly superior to you.
That, and I have a rather powerful gun and backup.
And as for the Redshirts...Blackstar will trample them and i will inject them with some lethal syrem.
Would that be before, or after you've both been shot with stunners?
Also, how exactly would you explain killing your commanding officer and two ensigns, when Mikey and Monroe get back with the other seven security guards and Minnsky? "He pissed me off" probably isn't a great excuse.
Review your options
very carefuly, in this situation. There's virtualy nothing you can do to stop us taking the baby, short of a miracle. We outnumber you, Blackstar's off looking for a non-existant base and there's no telling how long it'll take hir to realise shi's been tricked, and in the confines of the shuttle there's nowhere to run, hide, or dodge. Resisting would simply get you shot, and court-martialed later.
Neither is taking revenge later on particularly smart; you'll both end up thrown out of Starfleet, even
if you win.
In this case, resistance
is futile.
Do we have an 'evil megalomaniacal laughter' smiley around here? It would really be apropriate...

Dammit!!!!!! If only the Star empire still held me in favour. I'm pretty sure there would be a Tal'shiar cruiser nearby...oh well.
Considering you have layed out all the options and have correctly stated that Resistance is futile, i shall say to myself regarding this argument, Persistance is futile. BUT THIS ISN'T THE END OF IT!!!!! I WILL GET YOU BACK SOMEHOW! As to how...i will get back to on that one.
