No, it is there, I thought...*checks*...yeah, it's there. I'll say you're wearing the armor though, to save time.

Did we really need to roll against a fragile stationary defenseless bulb?

I don't see why we would but I figured I'd ask. PnP stuff is kinda odd anyways, like rolling to see if you hit a point blank target. Yeah it injects random chance into things but in RL how many people would miss a target less then 3m away with a shotgun unless they had it the wrong way around?

Do we
need to, no. But it's a chance for something to go wrong...

The way I look at it, these things are more than just how well you're doing, but how well your opponant is doing. Are you likely to miss at point blank? No. Could someone dodge aside from a point blank shot? Not likely, but they could. Those rolls are for those kind of moments, it's about luck.

All right, all out attack time with my uber hammer (+20 to WS), seeing as I lack dodge and cannot parry with it anyways.
Ohh, got a 26!
2d10 I + 2(SB) gives me a 14! With a Pen of 2.

Damn.
Mystery monster stats
HP: 12
Tough: 2
Armor: 2
So his def of 4 drops to 2, so he takes 12 damage, bringing him to 0. He attacks in return, needs 35, rolls: 42 miss.

All out attack. Rolled a 07.
2d10 I + 2 (SB) gets me a 15.
Oops Great Weapons are actually listed as having R for a damage type rather then I.

-2 for it's def and it takes 13 critical damage. That's a mess. 07 becomes a 70, body shot. You blast it's guts out it's back

That...seems odd.
