Apparently it is only bullying when it is done to you or to those that you can associate with; and not when you are the one doing it. The action (physical, verbal, financial, etc) is okay as long as you are giving it and not receiving it. Ask nearly any special interest group how they operator and it will be perfectly clear.Nutso wrote:That would be bullying.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Or just punch the bully. Either or.
What Jim said. And quite frankly, I don't give a damn if the bully gets his or her damned 'feelings' hurt.Jim wrote:Apparently it is only bullying when it is done to you or to those that you can associate with; and not when you are the one doing it. So, according to what is socially acceptable: A little boy "shaming" another little boy (for whatever) in class is a very bad thing, but the teacher, principal and other students shaming the first little boy is a good thing and publicly accepted. Therefore, the "shaming" itself is not a bad thing. It is just that someone bigger or stronger or more important simply decided that THAT specific little boy is not allowed to do it. (Sounds like bullying doesn't it...)
That's not funny!Nutso wrote:
