I was on jury duty a few years back. It was a sex crime. It was kind of hard to hear and the bastard looked smug the whole time. He was in his mid 40's and the victim was 17. The charge was statatory rape. His defense was it was consentual and he didn't know her real age. The problem was the affair had been going on for five years.
Do the math.
We gave him 15 years.

ya, we're bringing the family laptop, (my computer's a desktop
), and my grandparents have a desktop in their condo, so I should be able to hop on every once and a while.

uh huh....Shatner wrote out the Borg in "The Return" too...didn't last very long, seeing as how they were invading again in First Contact.

Yeah.....his story directly conflicted with the established timeline too. And somehow, I have a hard time believing even Captain Kirk could defeat the Borg all by himself.

yes, while Warf is hunting on Q'on'os Kirk somehow sneaks up on him, then smacks him with a stick twice, knocking him unconcious.

lol...and the bad part was, is that Kirk didn't even have to tear his shirt to defeat Warf.
