He SAYS he will, but he's a slow payer. He broke the power cord to my laptop six months ago and hasn't replaced that yet.
The funny thing is, my OTHER roommate got so pissed when he heard it he start tossing crap in the room he's vacating and broke some of his shit. Then felt bad because he knew he'd blame me, so he left a note saying "DANGER-BROKEN GLASS. You pissed me off. I flipped out. I broke some shit. Wear shoes in your room."
Was laughing my ass off when I left home this morning

It'll either be late tonight or early enough tomorrow to count as late tonight.BigJKU316 wrote:Just waiting on the Gorn/Tholians (you can rename them if you want Sonic) and the Romulans.

I think Golia has a nice ring to it...
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Re: Star Trek Sim discussion
Another spreadsheet change coming, though this one will just be phased in over time as it comes up (ie I will fix your sheet when you do some R&D that results in the problem).
When doing R&D it will no longer be possible to have negative numbers in ANY of the calculations. While this worked early if we leave it as it it will result in some tricked out new Defiant sized ships that boast the firepower of what is a standard battle cruiser right now and I am just going to step in and stop that.
You can still R&D a Defiant clone, even something more powerful than a Defiant on that tonnage. It is just going to take a lot longer to put that into service on a small tonnage ship due to the cost of miniturizing technology.
Feel free to start throwing rotten fruit at me...but I spent my lunch hour thinking about it and it had to be done or the sim was going to get way of kilter. And to be fair I stated up front that I reserve the right to unilaterially overrule any numbers generated by the R&D system since I could really only test it one generation out from where we were.

Sounds fine to me.

Re: Star Trek Sim discussion
Sounds good. The negative numbers bugged me anyway.
