OK, I can't understand Jacques Cousteau in the video, what was the point of having the 'roid cow?

That's the thing, it isn't a 'roid cow'. It's all natural. Just using certain cows to breed so they are huge when they grow up, meaning you yield more meat from it, which means more money.

*shrug* Guys like that aren't exactly fast or agile, you could probably just use a brisk walk to get away.
