Then they're perfect for me. Something small enough to carry around with me and I can surf the net and write on it which is all I'd want it for anyways. I've got a desktop to do real work on.

Got a link to what she's getting?

Well, the exams have now started over here. Expect me to be only on occasionaly over the next couple of weeks.

On the plus side, I did see an utterly hilarious simile today. "He struggled with the question, much as a teenager sitting a Leaving Cert examination may struggle to find an apropriate simile for his essay."

So that's why he was bugging me earlier. The net book I am looking at is this one:

Asus - Eee PC Netbook with Intel® Celeron® Processor 353 - Blue
Model: EPC900B-BLU01X

The teacher's comments should include, "He struggled to try and give a decent grade, much as a teenager attempting to cover lack of preparedness with facility."

So, I may actually be getting that job. Sort of. Things are really chaotic right now. Hopefully I'll start Monday (have backup plan just in case things go south).

Now for the bad news. Between all of my upcoming responsibilities, starting last week in August, I will have about 8.5 hours of free time (7 of which I will try to sleep). So thats 1.5 hours to do everything I want to... yeah. :|
Summer should be ok, though there will definitely be a decrease in my post count. But Nick will keep me up on the games, so I'll know when to post. So even in any upcoming battles, I could still keep up.

He could tell you, but then he'd have to kill everyone you've ever met.

IIRC, it's cyber-security work, but that's as much as he can say.

Sweet.

This "assignment" doesn't happen to involve sake and hot Japanese girls, does it?
