Do other Chapters other than the Grey Knights use psykers? While I like the Knights, they seem to be munchkins even by marine standards.

Oh yeah, most chapters have librarians. Powerful psykers.

Salamanders. The closest thing the SM's have to normal humans and all round nice guys. Plus they favour fire and melta weapons.

I'd go for Long Fang, but Tyyr's already filling out our heavy weapons role nicely. I think I'll go with a Space Wolf scout. Space Viking with a sniper rifle sounds like fun.

The Salamanders homeworld is a volcano world and the Chapter is almost fully integrated into the society there and they tend to do a lot of work with kids and smithing.
