I have to say, McDonald's has (since switching to their newer "version") very good coffee. I was as surprised as anyone, but there it is.

For the record, I like McDonalds. Also, I'm 5'3 and 345 lbs.
Its big because its cheap and its fast. While no one may like it to much, you have to note that everyone has had it at one time or another.

I've had it once in the last twenty years, when I was staying at a friend's house. The mcnuggets aren't bad.
Otherwise, I avoid it like the plague.

the only time I eat there is if it's that or nothing, and i'm in a hurry.
I usually get the McNuggets (those are alright) but I seriosly worry I'm going to get cancer every time I go there.
(no I'm not exactly sure why cancer, but I just do.)

Actually, McD's has REALLY good coffee out here. Lion Kona blend. And I'm guilty as hell of making entire meals off the value menu

I'll only stop by there if I'm seriously hungry and don't really have any alternative.
As for its success, that can be attributed to the large number of unhealthy idiots in the world who don't realise that McD is shit.

I wish I could find the Snopes article that demonstrated that McDonalds was criminally negligent for that.

Well, I agree that if the coffee was over a certain temperature, they should have been liable.
How hot does it really need to be? At a certain point, it'll scald your tongue.
