I don't know if that's apocryphal or not.

I was under the impression that Majel and Nichelle didn't like one another as a result of Gene's shenanigans back then. I find it hard to believe they were particularly open. Gene just liked to cheat, from what I've read.

I recall a book that told the story of Gene's secretary having to hustle a woman out of his office fast so his girlfriend didn't catch him with her - at the time he was married as well. Gene didn't just cheat, he cheated on the people he cheated with.

An all too fallible man.

Majel recently completed reprising her role as the voice of the USS Enterprise for J.J. Abrams' new Star Trek film.

Let's hope her last movie turns out good.

I wonder what will happen if they make a sequal, voice wise.

It reminds me of the problem they had with Data getting visibly older, which (I've read) was one of the reasons why they decided to kill him off.
