The shaky-cam effect doesn't annoy me too much, if it's done right and you're still able to see what's going on. But during some of the fight scenes in this film I was finding it hard to keep track of WTF was going on at some points.

Seriously? Geez, what kind of moron buys a car just because James Bond drove it for a few minutes in a movie?!

Well, we had a helicoptor pilot, a doctor, and a landscaper all asked if that was "the Bond car". The pilot got it in a different color, but the other two took that exact make, color, and model.
Gotta love it.

Me too, but that's because of what it is, not because of which fictional character drove one.

I think it's so totally weird that somewhere out there are guys who get into their car in the morning and think "yeah... I'm soooo like James Bond right now. I should have a license to kill..."

My friend bought a Walther PPK, since it was the preferred weapon of Bond as well. Makes me wonder what he's got in mind..............................

I have to admit that as a MUCH younger man, I for a while affected smoking Silk Cut cigarettes because that's what John Constantine smoked... well, that and the fact that they were really good...

Getting back to the quantum thing as in 'Quantum Mechanics' refers to a quantity yes, but it has to be a finite quantity, it can't be too much or too little. It has to be just right. Kinda fits the film, not only does Bond get his revenge on both the guy who orders the death of his girl but also his boss, and 'bond girl of the day', Camille (played by Olga Kurylenko), also get's the revenge against the 'rogue' general.
