I have only ever got properly angry once in my life, and I ended up merely moments away from quite seriously hurting my mother. I wont go into details of what happened, suffice to say that it would not have been pretty. Which is precisely why I work very hard to curb my anger. The worst part is I am considerably stronger than anyone actually realizes, including myself.

Pretty much everyone is stronger then they think, adrenaline gives quite the boost.

For me: It's almost range day and the jerky I put in the dehydrator last night is almost done. My daughters teacher also told us yesterday that she reads at a level far above the average kindergarten student, one that they don't have books for. Weird because she hates to read but I'm proud of her.

Have a friend who got really, really mad at his wife (they argue a lot :) ), but he usually just goes away mumbling to calm down, but at that very instant, he absolutely had to hit something.
Now, being the kind of guy who'd never hit a woman (his wife even less), his kitchen counter received the stress relieving hit...
Stress relieving might not be the right word, since he broke two knuckles on his hand, had to have steel rods inserted in his hand to help recovery, and couldn't use his right hand for over a month...

See, I'm nice and careful about what I hit.

I've broken my knuckles on purpose now a few dozen times, so they don't go squish quite as easily anymore. :)

I'm careful now. Sheetrock has zero resistance to a punch.

My friend's ipod broke yesterday and she asked me if I could fix it, so I said I would try, I took the back cover off, and realized there was no helping it because it was a hardware issue, and the warranty was already up, so she said I could scrap it, she's like not even close to tech savvy, but I'm trying to help her find the ins and outs of technology, so tomorrow, I'll show her what all the parts do, well... did, it's just wiring, a hard drive and a motherboard now, lol.

Yeah, my anger tends to be more passive.
Usualy I just take let it out by going on a killing spree in some game or other. Quite satisfying.

That's um... Good to know, as long as you don't start going on real killing sprees i'm fine with it.

The Jedi Knight video games were always so cathartic. Have a bad day? Go juilianne some stormtroopers.

It was always fun to see which combination of lightsaber strokes you could put together to get the most bits. Such a pity so many Star Wars games just have them scream and fall over.

There was a cheat you could use in Jedi Academy that allowed you to chop of limbs, heads, cut people in half, etc. Quite fun.
