Starship Pics
Re: Starship Pics
My first answer is that would have been great....but now I'm giving it some more deeper thought.............................I dunno
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

Re: Starship Pics
Would they have relocated the warp core down there, I wonder...
Give a man a fire, and you keep him warm for a day. SET a man on fire, and you will keep him warm for the rest of his life...

Re: Starship Pics
Unless they were going to get really creative with the warp plasma conduits I think they'd have to.

Re: Starship Pics

Do the impulse engine's extend to the primary hull? I can't really tell from that pic.

They do. There's some better pics on Drexlers blog. http://drexfiles.wordpress.com/2010/01/ ... neak-peek/Tyyr wrote:Do the impulse engine's extend to the primary hull? I can't really tell from that pic.

Re: Starship Pics
Well in that case then yeah. I'd imagine they'd leave the engine and the conduits in the same place they always were.

Here's a few nice ones that I don't think were posted.

Re: Starship Pics
They're done by Stevev Tyler, who goes by the alias "Coolhand" on various parts of the web. They're from his fictional sci-fi universe, where the USSR never collapsed and that Cold War has extended into space and has broken out into open warfare.
He actually had a tonne of stuff of various different types of ships, but most of it was lost when Sci-Fi Meshes, the place where he posted his work, suffered a system crash and lost everything. I've got a lot of his stuff, but I think I'm still missing quite a bit.
He has an account on SF Meshes. He also has his own website where he posts some new stuff, but I can't find the bloody thing now.
Anyway, here's some more.

Re: Starship Pics
I think Kendall posted some of his stuff a while back...but I agree it's stunning
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Re: Starship Pics
Aye I did, it's quite unfortunate that he never managed to finish it.
