Yeah, I've contemplated it too. No real way to judge them, and better to have and not need in a case like that.

Re: Ships
Exactly. Five people in a runabout stuck in the Delta Quadrant would have been in a lot more desperate situation. Depression and suicidal thoughts would become considerably more likely.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Yeah, I've contemplated it too. Would have made a pretty cool show, though, IMO.

Re: Ships
Doubt it - they'd have got over all their worries by the end of the second or third episode and set off merrily homewards. There would have been the occasional relapse, but nothing that couldn't be resolved by the end of the episode. And of course, the condition of the runabout wouldn't in any way deteriorate over time.Tsukiyumi wrote:Would have made a pretty cool show, though, IMO.

They did the episode of Ent where the two were stuck and they discussed one killing himself so that the other would have more time.Tsukiyumi wrote:Exactly. Yeah... all they needed was some lighter fluid and a hat and the episode might have gotten interesting.McAvoy wrote:Both were drunk though... Drunk people do some dumb stuff especially one from the South.

I don't think Striker meant a Morricone score... probably something more akin in intent to a Jew's harp.
