-36 Celsius today, thankfully I had Honda put in a block heater. On the bright side, the Primer has arrived and I pick up the xbox on tuesday.

The temp here now (-8.3C) looks balmy compared to those, but I'm quite chilled enough when I step out into this, thank you very much! Actually, I'm not too much better off in the heat as the cold (sweating issues) but I've heard humans called "tropical animals" by nature.

I personally prefer the cold, it seems easier to warm up then cool down and it gets way to humid in this area.

Yeah I prefer winter usually.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I dislike snow and ice - I'd like to move to a warmer climate after I graduate from college.

The Earth would be a frozen wasteland 30 C below its actual average surface temp if it weren't for the (normal) CO2 levels, actually being outside of Sol's "habitable zone!" I'm pointing out this bit of trivia for no particular reason whatsoever. :)

Back to your regularly scheduled... whatever it is you do to waste your valuable working time now.

Well, its confirmed; my school schedule will definitely limit my posting. Don't expect to see me around after today. :(
Till April at least.

Well, that sucks. Good luck at school, Stitch.

that sucks...I won't see you till next summer then :(

I'll have school soccer starting up at the end of March through May so between that, school, and homework, I won't be on here much during that time.

My classes start a week from Monday (Jan 26). It is a light schedule, but on the other hand it is often my own feelings which affect how much I post as much as how busy I've been (except when the work has really piled up). I've found that my activity here seems to ebb and flow almost as if by whim, though as you've seen I'm never completely gone.

This crazy weather dropped into the 50s while I was in Kona. I didn't freeze my boys off, but I DID find some mysterious icicles though.

That's nothing. It dropped into the negatives and reached -29F with the wind chill. If I dropped my pants you'd mistake me for a woman

Ummm... you know you live in Ireland, right? There's a reason that the Romans named the damned place after winter.
