Can't your grandma do anything about your uncle?

I'm working on it. This is getting rather frustrating.

Can't you just tell you uncle to fuck off? Or push him down a flight of stairs?

Which one?
Because pushing him down a flight of stairs may not be the wisest course of action.

He's more disabled than I am, due to a dumb decision to try and fight my dad back before I was born. Dad just tossed him in a closet and drove away; my uncle tried to chase him, totaled his car, and busted his leg up to the point that he still has occasional surgeries for the injury.
Sometimes, I'd swear that grudge transferred over to me.

Do either of you (hopefully you, Tsu) have POA for Grandma? That could solve things real quick-like.

Grandma was smart enough to deny him power of attorney; he even tried to have his name put on all of her bank accounts (about two weeks after my grandfather died), and she shut that crap down nice and quick. The will specifically stated that she has control of the money, even though he's the executor of the will.

Good for her. I'd give her all the details, and let her decide what sort of bid to make.
