If we get into Grenades and people exploding this should help everyone keep easy track of who's effected by blasts. Dropping them into groups will simplify ranges for ranged combat.
Updated the CS sheet with the first groups. I'll update the tactical map in a minute.

Okay, it works well enough for me. Three points to cover.
A, which group is coming towards my boys?
B, count Buck and Boar as aim(full).
C, count Buck and Boar as behind cover.

Both groups are advancing. A is running towards the open garage, B is advancing slowly.
Everyone roll for Int.

Intias and Jastilus both roll 7's. My black die likes that number recently, too bad its the tens die.
Deep, wait... how did you get that low on your initiative? Did you add your agility to it?
Kendall, assume your two have been riding around somewhere.
So we have:
Zen - 12
Jastilus - 10
Intias - 10
Stranga - 7
Boar - 4
Buck - 3

Oh, and I'll also be rolling initiative for the groups as a whole.

Buck rolled a 1, Boar rolled a 2.

No, assume you've been tooling around doing something else and the noise has finally drawn you in.
Ok, I've made an executive decision. We'll be doing initiative for both our characters at once. This will simplify the actions of the bikers and also move the action along as everyone can move both characters at once. From here on you'll roll for initiative for both characters and add it together.
Initiative order is:
Tyyr - 20
Kendall - 19
Lighthawk - 19
Group B - 19
Coalition - 17
Group A - 17
Mikey - 15
Deep - 7
