Well, the laws vary from state to state. In Hawaii, 14 is the legal age of consent ONLY if the person is less than 5 years older than the youngster, otherwise it's 16. The state legislator tried to change it to a flat sixteen, but our formar governer veto'd that. Wonder why..........hmmmmmmmmmm.

In Nevada (where I used to live), the law ONLY applied to females. and the legal age was 16. However, an older woman could seemingly legally have sex with a male under that age.

But the funny part is, you can have sex with them at 16, but you'll go to jail for taking a topless pic unless there are 18.
