A lasgun permanently set up to hotshot. Better Pen than a bolter but retaining the lasgun's damage.

That smells like the 5th-edition replacement for the hellgun.

Even says in the entry it's being phased in as a hellgun replacement.

Aw, I always liked the Hellgun.

Frankly I don't see why it wouldn't suppliment. The hellgun is a full auto lasgun with good penetration. This thing would be more for killing heavy infantry.

Hellgun is S/3/5 1d10+3E 4Pen
Hotshot Lasgun would be like S/2/- 1d10+3E 6Pen

I'd hand most of the squad hellguns and two guys these things.

Kendall, have you seen the Sister of Silence career path from the website? I'm thinking that if Phebia ever buys the farm I may roll up one of them.

If Milo's around to see it, I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

Right now she'd join as about a rank 3, so anytime Milo got within 15m of her his powers would go schizo and within 5m get really hard to manifest.

Yeah, he wouldn't be able to use powers on her, and it'd be harder to use them around her... but a bodyguard is always nice.

Yeah I have, that'd be fine.

As for the game, I've been sucked into Fallout 3 but come Monday if everyone has their purchases and what not up then we can start part II.

Well you'd have been debriefed by the Inquisition both as a group and individually but you'd have been confined and only allowed to have meals together during that time. The last two months you've been free to come and go from the station.

Anyway, Kendall - I'm a little bit into rank 4 now, and I think I'd wait to take the Legate Investigator elite rank to replace Scholar Arcanum (rank 6,) so there's time for the Ferringo bit.
