BTW, kendall - do we still have a "professional" gunner on board? If not, I've got Common Lore (Tech,) Tech-Use, and Pilot (basic) - some combo of all that should allow me to be able to operate the onboard lascannon or rocket pods, right?
You didn't mention anyone falling out of the cockpit, so I'd guess we still have our gunner. If so, would the White Noise psychic power help resist that ship locking a weapon on us?

Just read the rules from Kendall and firing a weapon only counts as a half action! So I can fire again!

I thought we couldn't do the same action twice in a turn?

You are correct - even if it is a half-action (I haven't read the new download yet) you can't make the same action twice in one round. And mazel tov, Lighthawk!

Actually, nobody here except the stormtrooper pilot has Pilot (military craft.)

I'm able to grab the Pilot (civilian craft) skill. Presumably that'd be enough to let me
fly the ship, but I probably wouldn't be able to actualy use the main guns.
If we
do lose the pilot, I think it'd be best if I grabbed the Pilot skill and took over the craft, leaving the rest of you free to actualy try and kill the thing (let's face it, I'm going to be pretty useless if it's just me and my revolver against a starship
).

Yes it would.
Unfortunately, I only have the Pilot (Starcraft) skill.
You can go ahead and use that at -10. It'll make things more interesting.
Shall we make a house rule on which one we wish to use then?
Full auto will be a hit for every degree from here on.

So the Bolters Pen 5 reduces the hull armour to 13, meaning you've got 3 effective hits here. So you get to roll 3 d100's to determine damage, which is cumulative.

The only way you could ever actually use a full auto weapon to anywhere near its full capacity would be if you were shooting at a ginoroumous target at point blank range after aiming with a scope and the accurate trait and you're spent every XP on BS upgrades. Even them probably not all ten shots and only after rolling a natural 1.
That's another one of those bizarro rules, I guess it's for balance.
