Yeah, I've always hated those... people. Of course, as a teenager, I was a "headbanger", so that was just status quo; they hated us, we hated them, etc. Now that I'm older, I have a completely different reason to hate them: I'm predjudiced against people who choose to be stupid or remain ignorant.

:::chourus singing Alice Coopers We don't need no education::::
Reminds me of a book I read, in which they killed bright children, as stupidity was considered a desireable trait.

Sounds a bit like a great movie I caught a while back:
Harrison Bergeron

Dude, you need an education in remedial classic rock.
Pink Floyd is famous for that line. Alice Cooper's song School's Out doesn't have those lyrics.

I hate chavs purely because they have no concept of accepting other groups. If you aren't in a clique group, your a target. If your goth, your a target. If your emo, your a target (although emo's get picked on by...well everyone). if you a jock, your a target. Chav's dont accept anything thats different to them.

Truthfully I'm lucky then.
I'm not any.
My friends fit into a large variety of cliques
i have some skater friends, some jock friends some DUMB BLOND cheerleader friends, so I'm not ever really in one single group and everyone thinks that i'm inherently awesome for some reason
i think it has something to do with my look on life though

Given that there were no other real nerds in my school, I was kinda on my own. I survived by being the guy everyone got their homework off, so they couldn't really afford to p*ss me off by doing anything to me. 8)

My school was small enough that there werent any real groups. My final year there was 35 people in my whole form. I had classes that had only 7 people in them.

Whereas, I had upwards of 40 in almost every class.
And, most everyone gave me a wide berth; I picked on bullies.

I guess I was in the drama group if I had to be labeled as one but I did the stage building and lighting more than the acting.

I was kind of all-around; I played a few sports, acted, was a lawyer in the mock trial club and a delegate in the mock UN, etc., so I had friends from all different types of cliques.

Yep. A few area schools got a set of documentation, including affidavits, depositions, physical evidence, etc. Then we would compete - we'd flip a coin to see who would get the prosecution's side and who would get the defense, and then actually perform a trial. Finals were held in front of an actual sitting superior court justice.
