Action regarding Blackstar and Deepcrush

What exactly is this furry subculture? I kind of remember an episode of CSI about it. I always figured with Blackstar's confusion on gender and her own admited imbalance she was part of a different subculture-- a crossing of genders. Not saying that's bad just what I always thought she was.

It has several different sub groups in it. The CSI episode you are thinking of is the one where people dress up as standard Earth animal and... do stuff. Then there is the roll play one that Blackstar tends to belong to. They are more made up fantasy creatures, part man part beast type thing.

I know, its almost shocking that I didn't think to look for anything on the topic. *Holding back urge to make a "you stupid hillbilly" insult against myself!*

I would like to point some things out. My insults aren't so much as a machine gun as a water balloon gun. People should know by now that I speak in jokes more then anything else. I think I pick on myself as much as anybody else here. Second, until recently I didn't even know Chakat was a furry (I thought he was just a little nuts). Third, I just don't like him, at all, in any way, at all. *Ring the bell if you didn't know that last one* I do however see that I did at some point cross a line as the reply involved "someone dying" and that's just not a good thing.

I will say however that I am on the fence as to if me and Chakat should have the same punishment. Where I don't like the idea of getting booted for any amount of time (as I just got back) I was still part of the problem. What happened between Chakat and others shouldn't be factored in a matter between me and him. If we are two halves of the problem then both should be punished in equal. The only detail that is different is his threats to others but, in his defense. Those wouldn't have come if it wasn't for me.

I would like to apologize for my part in the matter and would like to ask for Chakat's return.

The reasons for Chakat's punishment being what it is relative to yours are already detailed earlier in this thread; I see no need to go through them again. Also, while people on the forum are perfectly free to dissent with the decision and complain about it all they like, it's not going to change because of that. Chakat will be back in a little over 24 hours.
