I didn't think DC seemed too bad when I visited.. let me get this straight a Hive City goes deep under ground but how far up does it go? Is it like we're midlevel coruscant or we walking on the ground?

Think a very very gothic and toxic and over populated Coruscant.

I've got a post almost complete for Trask, Naja, and Karibi. I should have it up by early afternoon EST.

They can go several km's up (or more), though the whole planet may not be like that. Armageddon had ash wastes between the hives and extensive jungle for example.

Gotcha I'll hold off then.
So it take you guys awhile to finish a post? I just sit down and crank it out

That's how I would normally write, but I'm rarely left alone in front of a PC long enough. Most of the time I write at work on my PDA, but I don't have wi-fi there; so, I write a few minutes at a time, then have to wait until I get home, put my daughter to bed, etc., then sync the PDA, edit, and paste into the forum. Today was rather worse; daughter was sick, car crapped the bed, pharmacy lost the scrip for the dog's Prozac, etc. I'll finish up what I've got while my daughter's in the tub, and get it up here later on tonight.

There. I left room for Monroe and Rochey to do what they will.

Erm isn't that what Trask is?

Umm... close... Inquisitor is more like it. But you don't ever want to say that out loud. Unless you want your character to make a mistake. Could be fun from a story POV.

No, Monroe's right. Trask isn't an Inquisitor ordinary yet. He's an interrogator now, and will probably be made a full Inquisitor if and when he succesfully completes this mission. If not, he can always go back to jumping out of Vultures...

It is. An interrogator is basically an aprentice Inquisitor but for the purposes of this RP he may as well be an Inquisitor, he won't have the full authority of one, so he won't be able to call the Astartes to destroy the planet for example. But the simple act of flashing his rosette should be enough to get people to go along with what we want, even the most jaded planetary governor is unlikely to examine it. The Arbites might be a different story though.

Arbites are tough nuts. Think of them like Texas Rangers with tanks and heavy body armor. I don't think anyone really has the ability to tell them what to do. It comes off closer to a request.

They can't ignore a mandate from the Inquisition, and obviously they'd have to follow the will of the High Lords of Terra. Even so, in Xenos the Arbites were shown more as agreeing to cooperate with an Inquisitor rather than following orders.
