Yeah, glad I'm in a nice sturdy brick house. It has seen worse in its 200+ years of... life.

Weather's not exactly been great here today (I can hear the wind gusts and rain as it starts to get dark out) but nothing like cars blown off the road.
Best of luck to Mark and congrats to Reliant.

... however, the lights did just flicker a few times (though the computer was unaffected; Linux tends not to suffer from a sudden power loss the way Windows does anyway)

indeed. damn you =_=
anyway....we hefted the guitar out of the loft yesterday, with the intention of me learning to play it. Tim had a look at it, being a fervent player himself....seems that the strings of that thing are utterly mauled with Rust. Joy....

Any idea how much some replacement strings would cost?

£6.00 postage inclusive. Which isnt bad. Then again, you can get guitars damned cheap now anyway. The problem i have is actually stringing the thing. Tim said he's be able to do it, but its about getting to see him with the guitar.

Liverpool 1, Chelsea 0.
At Stamford Bridge.
Which puts us three points clear at the top - this season keeps getting better.

if my mother saw that smile, she would likely smash your face in with a frying pan.

Tell her to reserve her ire for Chelsea - if the commentry on the radio was even vaguely accurate they were as crap as we were good. Terry spent most of the match screaming at them.
