Whenever you get around to it is fine. If you have everyone else's stuff ready I won't be upset about them getting it first and my waiting.

Stuff is out.
Turns will now be due by Sunday morning at 9AM my time every week. This lets me read through it all Sunday and finish it Monday morning if I need to.

This is reminiscent of several years ago. Klingon/Romulan war. Craziness in Ferengi space with Klingon "involvement".

I'm more like the Roman Empire who decided to go north and take a stroll through southern France.

I want to point out again that people should keep close watch on resources.
If you want to see how they will work during wartime set cell 70B on resources to war to get your Anti-matter consumption. If you have inactive ships you plan to use during a war you should place them active to see what your peak usage would be. Wars by design (and historical precendent) are very resource intensive. You might want to plan accordingly.
