Aye, that's true. However if Lighthawk wants to burn a fate point then he can ignore that test. ANd thanks for pointing that out.Tyyr wrote:I feel compelled to point out that I've got a talent that lets me use a Fate point to simply ignore Fear tests.
Normally using a fate point just lets you re-roll a failed test.
12-3 (Bishops TB)=9 damage. Bringing the Bishop to 4 critical damage.
12 Damage for everyone else:
Overseer takes 9
Construct#1: 8
Construct#3: 8
Construct#4: 8
Agility Tests:
Overseer=57
Bishop=84
Construct #1=100
Construct#3=54
Construct#4=70
So, decide if you want to burn that fate point (reduce Fate Points by one permanently) or go with the penalty of the fear test before we post the results of all this.

Right then. Write it up. I'll look up the extra critical damage for that construct and bishop.
Re: Dark Heresy: OOC Discussion/Dice Rolls...etc.
I hope so, or I just wasted ammo. I know my shot didn't do anything, yet it would of if i hit him in the head.
Oh well, on to more important things, does anyone besides Tyrr have a weapon that can put down the Overseer?

Actually, I re-rolled with that fate point instead, got an 11So, decide if you want to burn that fate point (reduce Fate Points by one permanently) or go with the penalty of the fear test before we post the results of all this.

Actually, I'm only about 90 rolls into it but Hamete is rolling high. It should be averaging 4.5 but it's hitting about 5.3. Its not conclusive but it certainly looks to naturally roll high.

Yeah, that's why I bought my own. As soon as I got into actually analyzing the dice rolls I decided the online was convenient but messed up. Spent more than I wanted but I don't regret it.
The game shop in my old town would sell you single dice. Had a big damn display case full of just about any design or color you could imagine. If I get back there I intend to buy a couple different color d10s.

I should pop into the local shop. I have 5 d10's that I got for 2.49$ off the web but I'm hankering for some solid iron ones, or something heavy.
Re: Dark Heresy: OOC Discussion/Dice Rolls...etc.
I like the elongated d10's. Is there some web site, or are they at your regular game shop?
