Yeah someone had Teaos for the first time ever, no one has ever used that name in any of the other places I have signed up for, so now I am teaosditl. Deep, I think the thing with friend requests are someone from the fleet has to be online while searching itherwise the fleet doesnt exist. I just hit 22 and got my second ship, I hate cruisers, so damn slow, much prefer my old Escort. Is science any good? I started one character got to 12 and decided I wanted to do something different so I restarted and am now on 22 with some god gear from SB 24 runs and a decent stockpile of Duteterum.

Science ships seem a matter of taste but most of my time is spent in fleet battles. I prefer cruisers for pass by attacks which allows me to rotate which shield front is taking the hit and minimize the damage income. While escorts are fast and nimble their lack of all round protection means I can make a running a battle. My sov has 4 forward and 4 aft weapons which makes for an effective shoot and run and keep shooting effort.

For those who like Escorts I just stacked the fleet bank. Take what you like and enjoy the DPS.

So I'm playing in the Klingon setting and wow, the start up sucks rather badly.

Just wait till you try to customize it. You get option 1 or 2 and most color choices don't show up with Klingon hulls. Hope you like looking stock.
