The Jacorn Alliance claims and will be colonising systems; 421, 426, 346 and 427.

For what reason do the Alliance have for claiming this territory, so close to the Klingon Empire.

Except that our loans were almost repaid, our need for your services waning. Not only had you lost the Breen markets but you were watching your interest income disappearing rapidly. Apparently the Breen war cost you quite dearly and the loss of profits must have stung.

You misunderstood. Your trade with us was infinitely more valuable than the petty loans. It is that trade we were referring to.
We provided loans with pathetically low interest rates. That was done with the sole purpose of helping the Union recover. If we really wanted to make money off of you, we would have at least raised our rates a bit.
After the Dominion war, we had decided to follow one of our rules you missed. Peace is good for profit.

And really, the Breen loss only cost us short term profits. We've made up for it in trade with others.

Look, we are a patient people. However, we do not like beautiful schemes to be attributed to us, when we had little part in it.

Unacceptable we will need more of an explanation than that. We must asses the threat of any race that dares to come near our Borders.

We are reaching the limits of what our worlds can provide and must expand our territory.

Sorry to interrupt, but for some reason, the Ferengi Alliance has developed a surplus of trade materials. We currently have 4M units up for grabs, first come first served... or whomever has a better offer.

The Klingon and Tholian Empires have come to an agreement concerning system 346. We have agreed to take joint control of this system, both establishing colonies on this world. The space from our current borders the planet, and an extra 5 LY from the planet are considered the "TE/KE Joint Protection zone". Any transit through this space that does not come from our governments must be cleared by BOTH parties before entry is permitted.

This claim is effective immediate. Klingon ships will be deployed to the system to safeguard colonization attempts and to police the region. Any vessel spotted that is not of Tholian/Klingon origin will be impounded or destroyed. This is the only warning.

Starfleet is placing up for sale the following ships, if they are not sold the class will be scrapped.

152 Sabre Class Ships
160 Steamrunner Class Ships

Additionally will entertain offers on the following ships.

27 Ambassador Class Ships
98 New Orleans Class Ships
92 Niagra Class Ships
65 Norway Class Ships

Perhaps you really are the simpleton you claim if that's what you do, if you see something untoward in keeping tabs on your neighbors.

We see nothing wrong with it, as a concept. But we have gotten tired of making up reports. Its a waste of our money, and yours. So save us both the trouble.

If I may interject, why take the time to make complicated reports? This is only useful if you have an agenda to comply with. If not, simply write a short statement.


I'm sure the Romulan Empire have grown quite tired of having "try again" or "Na's Raheivet thrown across their border during communications intelligence!
