I knew it would!
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

A little bit. :angel1: To be honest, I thought your first comment was your payback to me for making my comment in the Ent. Forum, about how the station was featured in the movie. Either way, I think we both counter-manuevered each other rather well. :worried:

There is no steroid conspiracy, just athletes lucky enough to be breathed on by Chuck Norris.
Chuck Norris is to blame for China's population problem. He attended a martial arts convention in China and every woman within 1000 square miles instantly became pregnant.

Ah thats what it reminds me of.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Let's hope that there aren't those smashing... things... on the way to the Crystalline Bridge.

On a serious note, the biggest problem with the new E is her too "futuristic" deflector - but that is still quite defensible OOU, given that the TOS Enterprise was a product of '60's SFX and Dorothy ain't in '60's tech no more. This is the whole reason TOS has been remastered, after all!

I won't concern myself overly much with the "look," given the 40 year gulf in SFX we're talking about. I'll concern myself overly much with how much the new film upholds the good name of Trek in story (and the continuity stuff)

Yuck. That is quite possibly the ugliest non-Frankenstein ship I've ever seen in Trek. The saucer looks good, but everything below and aft of that - horrible. It looks unbalanced. Why couldn't they have taken some tips from "Trials and Tribble-ations" or TOS-R for crying out loud?

New pc thread merged with the old one. There're already far too many STXI threads floating around, we don't need two on the same subject.

That said, that's one damn ugly ship. What have they done to my beloved Connie?
