Wait... you're saying that you think with Swift Attack and TWW, one of the weapons should get the second attack? That's more of an advantage than what I agreed to, but you're arguing it anyway?

Besides, there is precedent in the DH rulebook for using a full action "inside" the TWW full action. It mentions specifically the choice of firing modes for pistols when using TWW; since firing on semi-auto or auto is a full action, then it means that you are allowed to perform that full action within the use of the TWW attack.

TBH, I don't even know why you're involved in this conversation, but whatever floats your boat... but if you can't even follow the path of the discussion, I really have no way to respnd to you. Character Creation
1) Use the Tyranus Conclave: Adeptus Astartes rules here.
2) Make sure your character conforms to the rules set out for creation. Once your character is created add 10 points to all skills. These are independent of other advances and serve only to bring your marine up to a more "Space Marine" level.
3) Follow the outlined advances. You have 7,000 XP to start with.
4) Each person will take the appropriate kit as defined in the rules set with the exception of weapons.
5) Each character may have the following: Up to 2 Basic or Pistol weapons you have the appropriate talents for or 1 Heavy and 1 Basic or Pistol weapon you have talents for as well as 2 Melee weapons or 1 Melee weapon and 1 Shield. All basic and pistol weapons will come with 10 standard reloads or the equivalent number of rounds in alternate clips.

To be honest, it was going to be a pain in the ass to track. I dumped recharge, lowered their Pen and gave them overheat.

I took a hard look at them before I removed the recharge. Two main issues, one RoF, plasma weapons have a lower RoF than bolt weapons. Second they should be an upgrade. As they stand now I feel they are an upgrade for dealing with tougher targets but for killing mooks bolters still reign supreme. Personally I'm thinking its still balanced.

I also tweaked the melee weapons some. Reduced the Pen of the chain weapons and pushed power weapons down slightly in over all damage. Added lightning claws and the SM's pain can sized hand grenades.

None in the least.

Something I noticed while working through my character (again), is that in the Devastator path you gain power weapons at veteran but you don't get chain until sergeant. I'm moving chain down to regular Devastator marine in order to get the progression "right". If anyone else notices something like that let me know.

I've noticed a few of the skills are rather odd. Apothecary gets Power and Chain in the same level, with power being cheaper. Some of the skills are downright useless as well (as long as your armour is intact). I took Marksmen (ignore range penalties) but the armour renders that redundant. Maybe I'll just fight with my helm off a lot. ;)

Yeah. It's a pretty solid rule set but some things like the weaponry were just not play tested and there are some "Huh?" type rulings.

In the apothecary chain/power weapon thing we'll keep it simple, reverse the costs. Chain for 100, power for 300.
