I think we've all been that way. He said he'd be finished today so we're all yelling at our computer screens "HE SAID TODAY!!! WHERE IS IT!!!".

So yeah...take it for what you will but I spent my last 3 plus hours at the Vet Emergency Clinic eventually having one of our two family cats put to sleep. She apparently had diabetes which onset quickly and caused complications. Been a long night. Sorry about not having stuff done but will have to do it tomorrow. Sorry guys. Long night already.

I am doing okay now, just mentally shot. She was like 8 years old. Just kind of surprised everyone. My wife has never had a pet die and she is a bit of a wreck over the whole issue. I have done it before but it still sucks signing a put to sleep paper for a pet that you was acting perfectly normal 2 days ago.

Lord, my girlfriends cat is diabetic. He's like 17 years old, teeth falling out, and crankier than Garfield. He needs three shots a day, and a special diet. But, she loves that damned cat so much she'll keep tending him until nature takes its course. I honestly think Big's solution is more humane.

Of course, that cat is still able to beat up her dog.

Hey, if I were invading someone I'd have made some kind of long winded speech about how honorable of a task it is to kill someone.

:laughroll:
I would love to hear the speech... but since your not invading anyone else, I guess I won't get to.
