As my old man says, "Never trust a man who doesn't like football" :)

Hardly surprising that the majority on DITL don't like it though. Sci Fi nerdishness (of which I am a fully paid up member) and sports don't exactly go hand in hand do they? :) :Nerd:

I love rugby league. Saying that, though, I did fail miserably on the geek test, hopefully my physics degree should restore it.
I move out on Saturday, you might not be seeing me for a while as I'm probably going to be busy for the next couple of weeks. First week is packing/moving, second week I'll be drunk (FRESHERS!!!).

Oh, I like plenty of sports, such as rugby, hurling and gaelic football. I just hate soccer.

College football, all the way for me. Being an Army Black Knights fan isn't so fun for the last 12 seasons, but at least UConn's good and they play less than 2 miles from my house.

On that note, was at the UConn/Virginia game last night, more than slightly inebriated, running into far more students than I wished.

I rarely watch football, or any sport at that. I'm just not that into watching them. Playing them however I'm very big on. Not built very large, but I gladly participate whenever they are played.

I enjoy a good game of soccer (European Football....REAL football). I almost decided to try out for my High School Team...but didn't. It's much more exciting and tension filled to watch then the American Football games I have to go to every Friday.

Playing American Football is always soo much better than watching it. I'm too active to sit and watch a game on tv.

As my friend said today (coincidentally), any sport is much better to play than watch.
...Unless you're fat.

IDK... I get a LOT of excercise when I wathc a New York Giants (American) football game. I tend to get... intense. Watching a game on a low day at work once, one of my colleagues though I was having an aneurysm.

My biggest problem is when I'm watching a really close game. I inherited a bad habit of yelling at the TV. Thanks alot, Dad. :happydevil:

I'm usually too reversed to yell at the TV, but I've been known to break things after tough losses :)
