Unless your a woman.....I've always HATED that about most of America. If a woman wants to show her breasts, LET HER!!!! Who is it really affecting or hurting? Hello, nude is our natural state of being.

It's almost to be expected. We are a country founded by Puritans. The Pilgrims only ended up here because England had had enough of them. Hell, there are parts of Pennsylvania in which you can't buy beer on a Sunday - you think we're going to legalize public nudity?
That said, New Jersey - here in the Northeast, the heart of Puritanism - does have a nude beach on one of the resort strips.

Yeah, I've always hated that particular double-standard.
I've no idea if we have it over here or not. It's too cold to ever want to take your top off.

Same here, topless is legal in Canada but there's only a couple months where you could do it.

There are some super hot Canadian chicks, though.
Of course, one good set out of twenty would be an annoyingly low percentage.

It's been legal since about 1996 IIRC and in that time I've seen two woman doing it, German tourists. I gather most woman don't because going without a bra is somewhat uncomfortable and they don't want to be harrassed by sleaze balls.

Hey, Mark! Kendall's calling you names again!
Seriously, that would be a good reason. Mardi Gras is bad enough with the groping.

I've GOT to make it to Mardi Gras one year, soon. Just to see how many chicks I could bang.

If you bring them yourself, and get a hotel room - as many as you have. If you go alone, plan on using the manual controls.

Depends. They usually go with their boyfriends, or a pack of other chicks (or as I call them, reverse wingmen). You won't be isolating either of those categories.

If they go in a group, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. The ones with bfs, baaaa they're not worth the trouble.

And woe betide you if one of them is drunk enough to take your interest as harassment. The mounted police down there take a complaint from a woman very seriously, and they can and will (I've seen it) use a live quarter horse as a weapon against an unarmed man.
Sometimes horses look a little fragile - but they are very big, heavy, and strong compared to you or I.
