Usually in fritters they use sweet yellow corn. And I like corn, but don't love it... but corn fritters are a whole different story. They'll clean your pipes out, too.

theres a way to change it in control panel
i dont remember how anymore
i used to be able to find that stuff in a second
then i stopped going on the computer as much and lost that skill
