Yep. Designed to be carried by the B36 bomber, but not as a test vehicle - the idea was to drop it so it could fight off attacking enemy fighters and defend the bomber. I give myself partial credit.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Were you made to narftle the Garthak on account of having one eye? (congrats on winning if you were!)

Ugh... do not thump the Book of G'Quan...
Re: Cool Picture Thread
Just to let you know that sort of thing is common. On my first deployment back in 2004 we had a 'hard down' plane that we could not fix in time to be flown off before we pulled in. Like hell the rest of the ship will wait for us to fix the plane before pulling in after doing 7 months out to sea. So instead, we took the wings off (F-14B Tomcat), both engines, defueled it, among other things so it can fit on the highway and be light.
Incidentally, we fixed that plane within a week and a couple of months later it had an electrical fire, gutting out the whole plane. We ended up using the plane for spare parts until the carcass got cut up into razor blades.
