My .45 is no better, but it's to the point where I can hardly afford to shoot it at all. I need to get a .22 to just go play with.

So the military can't use them to kill a fire-returning enemy on battle but any civilian can use them lets say to rob a bank or kill the kid next door.

Applies just for usa military or is some international war rule?

Yeah, it's cruel to use hollowpoints on someone you're facing in a hallway, but not cruel to drop a 2,000 pound bomb on someone's house from 50,000 feet up. :lol:
