Thank God for Army surplus...

My .45 is no better, but it's to the point where I can hardly afford to shoot it at all. I need to get a .22 to just go play with.

You'd think the most "humane" way would be the way that gets the job done as quick as possible.

But, what do I know? I'm just a civilian.

So the military can't use them to kill a fire-returning enemy on battle but any civilian can use them lets say to rob a bank or kill the kid next door.

Applies just for usa military or is some international war rule?
